FIT TIP:  Want to make the most of the arm movements in this song? -As your arms get tired, your shoulders will want to become earmuffs, so focus on keeping your chest up and proud and your shoulder blades back and tucked down into your (imaginary) back pockets. -Use your muscles instead of momentum.  Think about placing your arms exactly where you want them and using all the arm muscles to do it! -Don\'t give up!  If you need to take a quick break to shake it out and then come back in, or work up to completing the full song, that is okay.  Start where you are and keep going.  We believe in you!
